Answer

In order to log in to the AnswerNet, you need 2 items:a login ID and password.
login ID
I have never logged in to the AnswerNet before.
You will find a list of procedures you should take first for your new defined contribution plan account.
I forgot my login ID.
If you forgot your login ID, there are several ways to check.
I forgot my login ID. I have registered my email address on the AnswerNet.
You can receive your login ID to your registered email address from "Confirm Login ID".  
When I log in, the message "This ID is currently invalid. Error code is 50331655" is displayed.
The account with this login ID has been closed (terminated) and cannot be used. You can check the main cases of account closure (termination).
I cannot find my login ID by the above methods.
Please call the AnswerCenter.

I know my login ID but forgot my password.
You can receive a temporary password by email from the "Reissue Password".
I tried “Reissue Password" in   (6)  , but it did not work.
Please contact the AnswerCenter.
"The password reissuance process will be suspended" is displayed on the password reissuance screen.

Please take the following steps in case you forget your login ID next time.
Register your email address on the AnswerNet
You can confirm or change your email address from "Confirm/Change Participant Information" on the AnswerNet.
Confirm the date of birth, Basic Pension Number, postal code, and employee number (corporate-type DC only) registered on the AnswerNet.
You can confirm the information from "Confirm/Change Participant Information" on the AnswerNet.
When you forget your login ID next time, you will be able to receive your login ID to your registered email address.
If you do not know your password, please reissue a temporary password, log in to the AnswerNet with a temporary password and change it to a new one.
