You can register your email address by yourself on the AnswerNet.
<Confirmation or change of email address>
Log in to the AnswerNet > Click on the "Confirm/Change Participant Information" button in the orange frame showing your name(*1)
Scroll down a little on the "General Information" screen to check your email address.
Register your email address and select the email notification(s) you want to receive.
To register or change your email address, or change your email notification settings, you are required to check the "I agree to the 'Privacy Policy,' 'Purpose of Use of Personal Information,' and 'Purpose of Use of Email Address and Important Notes,' and register or change my email address and/or set up email notifications." box and click "Confirm" and "Submit".

If you forget your login ID and cannot log in to the AnswerNet, you can check your login ID by clicking "If you have forgotten your login ID" button. You need to register your email address in advance.
