Service hours of the AnswerNet are as follows.
(1) Inquiries (ex. viewing asset balance): 24 hours a day
(2) Transactions and updates (ex. change of investment products): from the end of system maintenance until 23:59:59
(3) Transactions via Tsumitate Navi+: from 7am to 11pm
In the case of service suspension due to renovation of the AnswerNet, we will post it in the "information" section of Sompo Japan DC Securities’s official website.
