I cannot log in to the AnswerNet as I do not know my login ID.

Answer

Your login ID is the Participant Code (10-digit numbers). You can check it in one of the following ways.
 
(1) Check your "Notice of Login ID for Defined Contribution Pension Plan" OR "Notice of Opening an Account for the Defined Contribution Pension Plan" (hereafter, the "Notice").
After opening your account for the defined contribution pension plan, we will send you the Notice (sent in a yellow envelope). The Notice contains your login ID to log in to AnswerNet. Check your Login ID.
 
(2) Check on the AnswerNet login screen
This service is available only to participants, etc. who have registered their email addresses on AnswerNet in advance.
Click "If you have forgotten your login ID" on the "Participant Login" screen on AnswerNet and enter the required information.
If the information entered matches your registered information,you will be notified of your login ID by email.
 
 
(3) Check your "Account Statement"
Your login ID is the "participant code" shown in the “General Information" of “Account Statement" (sent in an orange envelope if mailed) issued regularly by Sompo Japan DC Securities.
 
(4) Call the AnswerCenter (Link) to confirm
We will inform you of your login ID after we verify your identity over the phone.
 
*Due to information security reasons, we are unable to verify your identity by email, so we do not provide you with your login ID.
 
If you have forgotten your password or entered your password incorrectly more than a certain number of times on the "Login" screen, please refer to this FAQ for how to reissue your password.
