I cannot log in to the AnswerNet as I forgot my password, or entered my password incorrectly multiple times.

Answer

Participants etc. are able to log in by issuing a temporary password on the AnswerNet login page and changing it to a password of their choice.
 
≪Steps for issuing a temporary password and changing to a password of your choice≫.
(1) Click "Issue Temporary Password." on the "Participant Login" screen to go to the "Issue Temporary Password." screen (*1).
(2) If the information you entered matches the registered information, you will be taken to the email address entry screen (*1). Please enter your email address to receive a Issue Temporary Password.

(3)Log in with the temporary password you have been notified. Since it is a temporary password including symbols, it is convenient to enter the password by copy and paste.
 
(4)On the screen to change to a password of your choice(*2), enter the temporary password you received by email in the "Current Password" field, and enter a password of your choice in the "New Password" and the "Confirm New Password" fields.

*Passwords are stored in the system and are not accessible by the AnswerCenter. Therefore, we are unable to help you if you call the AnswerCenter.
 At the AnswerCenter, we will show you the reissuance process described above.
*The error code for logging in with an incorrect password is "50331649".
*The error code for ”You have entered an incorrect password too many times” is "50331658".
