I made a mistake on the password reissuance screen multiple times and now the screen is locked. How can I unlock it?

Answer

If you enter your registered information incorrectly more than a certain number of times on the "Issue Temporary Password." screen, the Issue Temporary Password process will be suspended.
If the  temporary password issue screen is locked, please call AnswerCenter.  (Link)  The operator will unlock the Issue Temporary Password screen.
 
Please note that if you enter your password incorrectly more than a certain number of times on the "Login" screen, the password will become invalid.
