If you have not registered a seal with the bank, please contact the bank directly if the "registered seal" is required or not to designate the bank.

 

(1) If a registered seal is required, please register your seal with the bank first and affix it.

(2) If a registered seal is not required, you do not need to affix a seal on the "Seal registered with the financial institution" column. Please leave the "Seal registered with the financial institution" column blank and write "No seal" outside the column.

 

Those who have written their signature instead of the "registered seal" at the bank do not need a seal, but please write your signature registered with the bank in the "Seal registered with the financial institution" column.
