You may apply even if the registered company number is not written on the Employer's Certificate"事業所登録申請書 兼 第2号加入者に係る事業主の証明書" filled out by your company’s human resources department, etc. (excluding Mutual Aid Association members)

Please fill out other items and return it with the registered company number blank.

 

Please note that the online iDeCo application is not available to Category II insured persons (company employees and public servants) who work at a company which has not registered with the National Pension Fund Association (if this will be the first iDeCo participant at a company). Please make an application in writing.
