I have moved. Do I need to notify my company of my new address?

Answer

If you are a participant in a corporate-type DC, the person in charge at your company will handle the address change procedure, so please contact the human resources department or general affairs department of your company.
Change of name (change of surname) and change of telephone number registered at your company are also handled by your company.
If you are retired, you can make changes by yourself on the AnswerNet once the procedure to terminate your eligibility (registration of retirement) is complete.
 
You can check your registered information on the AnswerNet.

Log in to the AnswerNet > Click on the "Confirm/Change Participant Information" button in the orange frame showing your name
Scroll down a little on the "General Information" screen to see your address/basic pension number.
 
Please note that changes to the registered information for an individual-type DC (iDeCo) need to be made in writing. Please refer to this FAQ.
