I moved. I can't change my address on the AnswerNet, but how can I change it?

Answer

If you want to change your registered information in your individual-type DC (iDeCo), you are required to submit the necessary documents to the financial institution, so please contact the financial institution of your individual-type DC (iDeCo).
Address change, name change (surname change) and phone number change are also made in writing.
 
For those who are enrolled in a plan offered by Sompo Japan DC Securities, you can download the procedural forms on the website.
