Can I change how to receive my "Account Statement" from download to mail?

Answer

You can log in to the AnswerNet and change the receiving method of "Account Statement" from "By Download" (*1) to "By Mail (in written form)".

<Steps>
(1) Click the Login button for Participants of Defined Contribution Plans to log in.

(2) You can change the receiving method on the "Participant Main Page" of the AnswerNet.
Click “Download "Account Statement for Defined Contribution Pension Plan". Change the receiving method.” button.  
(3) You will be moved to the "Account Statement for Defined Contribution Pension Plan" screen. Select "Change to mail" in the "Receiving method" field and click the "Confirm" button.
(4) Confirm that "Change to mail" is checked and click the "Submit" button.
(5) The procedure has been completed. If you have registered your email address and set up an email destination, you will receive a registration completion email.
 
(*1) In principle, the receiving method of an "Account Statement" has been changed to "By download" from March 11, 2024.
For customers enrolled in a corporate-type DC and/or an individual-type DC as of March 11, 2024, registration was changed to “By download” on that date.
After that, the receiving method is registered as “By download” for new accounts of the corporate-type DC and individual-type DC.
